About The Job:
- Total Years of Exp - 10+ Years and for Relevant Years of Exp - 5+ Years
- Responsible for L2/L3 support of Cisco Secure Workload, including incident management, application onboarding, and security policy enforcement in an enterprise environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage incident logging, prioritization, and resolution (P1–P4)
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical issues
- Coordinate with Cisco TAC for complex problem resolution
- Support application onboarding and work with application owners
- Analyze and enforce micro-segmentation security policies
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Qualifications:
Required Skills
- Experience in L2/L3 support and incident management (ITIL)
- Knowledge of network security and traffic flow analysis
- Hand on/Exposure to Cisco Secure Workload / micro-segmentation tools
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Typically 5–10 years in cybersecurity / network security roles
