About the Team
Regulatory & Compliance Technology function is part of Corporate Services Technology group and focused on delivering strategic platforms and solutions across Regulatory Reporting and Compliance domain, including U.S. Regulatory Reporting, KYC, AML, Sanctions, Transactions Screening etc.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a UX Designer to design intuitive, scalable, and compliant user experiences for global KYC / Client Lifecycle Management, and regulatory platforms. The role focuses on simplifying complex regulatory workflows, improving investigator efficiency, and enabling seamless onboarding across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Experience Design
- Design end-to-end user journeys across:
- Client onboarding
- KYC reviews / remediation
- Screening & investigation workflows
- Convert complex regulatory requirements into intuitive UI/UX designs
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications
Design Thinking & User Research
- Apply Design Thinking methodology:
- Empathize → Define → Ideate → Prototype → Test
- Conduct:
- User interviews (analysts, compliance teams)
- Usability testing and feedback loops
- Identify pain points in investigator workflows and data-heavy interfaces
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
- Work closely with:
- Product managers
- Business analysts (FRD/BRD/UAT alignment)
- Engineering teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews, demos)
- Translate business requirements into design-ready assets
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Engage with global stakeholders across Technology, Business, Compliance, and Operations
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
- Drive change adoption and ensure business readiness for new implementations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in UX Design, Design Thinking, Service Design etc.
- Core UX Skills - strong expertise in:
- User-centered design
- Interaction design
- Information architecture
- Experience handling complex enterprise workflows
- Tools -
- Design: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Prototyping: Figma / InVision / Axure
- Collaboration: JIRA, Confluence, Miro
- Deep domain knowledge in:
- Investment Banking
- KYC / Client Onboarding
- AML & Sanctions Compliance
- Hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
