System Development Engineer, Salesforce & AWS Developer, Amazon Shipping

A Salesforce and AWS Developer will design and develop enterprise solutions across Salesforce, Marketo, Data Cloud, Salesforce HVS, and managed AWS services, establishing efficient, scalable integrations that align with Amazon Shipping Business Development needs.\n\nKey job responsibilities\n- Architect, design and build scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for our Sales, Marketing, and operations teams in partnership with other technology partners/teams/leaders within/external the Amazon Shipping organization.\n- Work closely with product/program managers to define the problem and provide solution using Salesforce and native AWS services to automate, optimize, Sales and Marketing workflows.\n- Simplify and reinvent systems, processes, and tools to improve Sales experiences.\n- Collaborate with tech leaders and jointly define strategy, vision, and roadmap of multi-year business critical cloud technology solution which will be rolled out to Amazon Shipping commercial teams.\n- Define technical initiatives to drive cost optimization across various CRM, and AWS environments, bring thought leadership to manage availability, latency and performance of our mission critical tools and services.\n- Develop Solutions: Manage configuration/coding of new and existing Salesforce features, including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, flows, and other 3rd party applications.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\n- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure\n- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust\n- Experience with Linux/Unix\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes\n- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent\n- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex and Salesforce APIs at a large organization\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n- Experience with distributed systems at scale\n- Experience building services using AWS products\n- AWS Associate level certification, or 1+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience\n\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
