Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\n\nThe Role\nPerform end-to-end CNC activities, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 architecture (Deployment Server, Enterprise Server, JAS, AIS, WebLogic, and BSSV), while planning and executing Tools Release upgrades (9.2.x), applying ESUs/ASUs, and managing routine package builds and deployments. Deploy and manage JD Edwards environments natively on Cloud Infrastructure, coordinating with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and server performance. Implement and refine system monitoring to track CPU, memory, database performance, and kernel health, transitioning from reactive troubleshooting to predictive maintenance.

Administer JDE security, including role-based access control, user profile setup, and configuration of task views and menu filtering. Configure and support modern JDE technologies, specifically AIS Server architecture and Orchestrator, and collaborate closely with Database Administrators (DBAs) to manage tablespaces, optimize database queries, and resolve data blockages across SQL Server or Oracle environments.\n\nYour Future at Kyndryl\nThe career path ahead is full of exciting opportunities to grow and advance within the job family.
