Network Architect

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) Network SME specializing in OmniSwitch product lines and OmniVista 2500 management platform . The role requires deep technical expertise to support design, implementation, and L4 escalation for complex enterprise environments, including mission-critical deployments such as healthcare/hospital networks .\nThis is not a generic network role— hands-on, proven experience with ALE switching technologies is mandatory .\n\nDesign & Architecture\nLead end-to-end network design using ALE OmniSwitch platforms (Access, Aggregation, Core).\nDevelop high-availability architectures for enterprise/hospital-grade environments.\nCreate HLDs, LLDs, migration strategies, and deployment plans.\nEnsure alignment with security, compliance, and uptime requirements (especially healthcare-critical systems).\nImplementation & Deployment\nExecute and oversee deployment of OmniSwitch (6xxx/7xxx/9xxx series) .\nPerform network migrations, upgrades, and cutovers with minimal downtime.\nConfigure advanced features including:\nSPB (Shortest Path Bridging)\nVLANs, VRFs, QoS\nMulticast, Layer 2/3 protocols\nNetwork segmentation for clinical systems\n\nAlcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) Network SME specializing in OmniSwitch product lines and OmniVista 2500 management platform .
