Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.\nDesign and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot\n\nBuild and maintain microservices architecture for scalable applications\n\nDevelop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems\n\nCollaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and architects\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices\n\nPerform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews\n\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)\n\nOptimize application performance and ensure high availability\n\nSupport deployment and release activities\n\nMentor Junior Engineers and Guide them in development.\n\nUsing design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties.

And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Technical and Professional Experience\n8 - 10 Years as App Development Lead\n\nStrong proficiency in Java (8 or above)\n\nHands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, React\n\nExperience in microservices architecture and REST API development\n\nKnowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)\n\nUnderstanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies\n\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills\n\nExperience working of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes - Openshift Preferred)\n\nExposure to messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)\n\nKnowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT)\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure)\n\nExperience with Observability and Monitoring (Prometheus, Dynatrace, ELK)\n\nExperience with build and dependency management tools such as Maven and/or Gradle.\n\nStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nBasic understanding of containerization concepts, including Docker, and orchestration using Kubernetes.\n\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines, with experience using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.\n\nAwareness of secure API development, including authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2 and JWT.\n\nPreferred Technical and Professional Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience\n\nExperience working with messaging and event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.\n\nPrior experience working in Banking / BFSI domains, with understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and transaction-driven systems.\n\nFront-end exposure using React, with understanding of component-based architecture and UI integration with backend services.\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
