Role Overview:\nThe Associate Director will lead the institution’s brand strategy, digital presence, and communication ecosystem to enhance visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. This role is responsible for driving integrated marketing initiatives, overseeing website performance, managing high-quality content development, and ensuring strong digital growth through SEO and analytics-driven strategies. The incumbent will also lead the communications team, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and consistent brand positioning across all channels.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n:\n1.

Strategic Brand Buildin\ng:• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with institutional vision and growth objectiv\nes• Strengthen institutional positioning across academic, research, and outreach domai\nns• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms (online & offlin\ne)• Lead campaigns for admissions, rankings, reputation building, and thought leadersh\n\nip\n2. Website Management & Optimizati\non:• Oversee end-to-end management of the university website (UI/UX, content, performan\nce)• Ensure website is updated, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO-optimi\nzed• Monitor website analytics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and implement improveme\nnts• Collaborate with IT/vendors for technical enhancements and security complia\n\nnce\n3. Content Strategy & Developm\nent:• Lead content planning, creation, and distribution across platf\norms• Ensure high-quality, engaging, and audience-specific content (web, social media, PR, brochures, repo\nrts)• Maintain editorial standards, brand tone, and communication guidel\nines• Drive storytelling initiatives showcasing institutional achievements, faculty, and stud\n\nents\n4.

Digital Marketing &\nSEO:• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, and performance mark\neting• Improve organic search rankings, website visibility, and lead gener\nation• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and email mark\neting• Track campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools and optimize accord\n\ningly\n5. Communication & Stakeholder Engag\nement:• Lead internal and external communications ensuring clarity, consistency, and\nimpact• Manage PR, media relations, and institutional announc\nements• Engage with key stakeholders including leadership, faculty, students, alumni, and external pa\nrtners• Ensure timely and effective crisis communication when re\n\nquired\n6. Team Leadership & Mana\ngement:• Lead, mentor, and manage the communications and digital marketi\nng team• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous impr\novement• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance work\n\nculture\nQualifi\ncations:• Any Postgraduate degree Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, Management, or related dis\n\ncipline.\nExperience and\nSkills: • Minimum 15 years of experience in digital communication, website management, social media strategy, or internal communication roles, with significant leadership ex perience in an EDUCATION INS\nTITUTION.Technical\nSkill Set• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads\nManager)• Expertise in website management systems (CMS such as WordPress, Drup\nal, etc.)• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web performance opt\nimization• Proficiency in content strategy, copywriting, and editorial m\nanagement• Experience with marketing automation and\nCRM tools• Data-driven decision-making using analytics and report\ning tools• Familiarity with social media platforms, campaign management, and digital ad\nvertising• Basic understanding of HTML, web technologies, and integrations (p\n\nreferred)\nPersonal A\nttributes:• Strong leadership and team management ca\npabilities• Excellent communication and interperso\nnal skills• Strategic thinking with execution\nexcellence• Creative mindset with attention\nto detail• Ability to manage multiple projects and\ndeadlines• Strong stakeholder management and collaborat\nion skills• Analytical and problem-solvi\nng ability• Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic e\n\nnvironment
