Informatica MDM Architect

Job Description: Informatica MDM SaaS Solution Architect\nCompany: LumenData Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.\nLumenData is seeking a highly experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of cloud-native Master & Reference Data Management solutions for global enterprises. This role is responsible for defining end-to-end MDM architecture using Informatica MDM SaaS and the IDMC platform , ensuring alignment with business strategy, enterprise architecture, and information security standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture & Business Alignment\nAnalyze existing AS-IS MDM SaaS / cloud architectures and define TO-BE target-state architectures .\nGather and translate functional, non-functional, and security requirements into MDM SaaS solution designs .\nDesign, document, and present Informatica MDM SaaS architectures to business, IT, and architecture governance forums.\nEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and security policies .\nAct as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders on MDM capabilities and best practices.\nTechnical Leadership & Architecture Governance\nArchitect end-to-end solutions using Informatica MDM SaaS, IDMC, IICS, CDI, CDQ, and CAI .\nDefine integration, data quality, matching & merging, hierarchy management, and governance patterns.\nCreate and maintain architecture artifacts (solution diagrams, integration flows, data models, and design rationale).\nIdentify technical and security risks and define mitigation strategies.\nEnsure solution quality across design, build, test, and deployment phases.\nSaaS, SI & Partner Engagement\nOwn the Master & Reference Data Architecture with a strategic, enterprise-wide view.\nAct as the primary interface with Informatica and System Integrator partners .\nEnsure maximum leverage of out-of-the-box Informatica MDM SaaS capabilities with minimal customization.\nGovern SI solution delivery to ensure compliance with LumenData and client architecture standards.\nKey Expectations\nSupport LumenData leadership and clients in defining and executing MDM SaaS strategy, vision, and roadmap .\nCollaborate closely with Enterprise Architects to align with enterprise data and cloud architectures .\nGuide and mentor internal teams and client stakeholders on Informatica MDM SaaS and IDMC best practices .\nBring clarity to ambiguous requirements and drive pragmatic, business-focused solutions.\nWork effectively in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with global stakeholders.\nQualifications & Experience\n10+ years of experience in Enterprise / IT Architecture with strong focus on MDM and data platforms .\nProven experience leading Informatica MDM SaaS and IDMC implementations across the full SDLC.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS, IDMC, IICS, CDI, CDQ, and CAI .\nDeep understanding of master data concepts including data modeling, data quality, matching & merging, and governance.\nExperience designing cloud-native solutions using AWS and/or Azure .\nPrior exposure to other MDM platforms (Tibco, IBM MDM, etc.) is a plus.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.\nExperience working with global clients in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.\nLumenData is an equal opportunity employer committed to delivering best-in-class data management solutions through innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
