System Administrator

At Boutiqaat , we’re looking for System Administrator , you’ll be the backbone of our IT operations keeping systems running, users supported, and technology working with us. From troubleshooting everyday hiccups to helping maintain secure, high-performing infrastructure, your work will keep the organization moving forward without missing a beat.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and more
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues—fast and effectively
- Support onboarding/offboarding (accounts, access, devices)
- Assist users with passwords, access, and general IT questions
- Manage tickets, track issues, and meet SLAs like a pro
- Escalate complex challenges when needed (you’re good but not expected to be psychic)
- Support Windows environments, including Active Directory and group policies
- Assist with updates, patching, and routine maintenance
- Monitor system performance and flag risks early
- Help manage backups and basic data restoration
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and connectivity issues
- Help enforce IT security policies and endpoint protection
- Maintain secure access across systems and devices
- Spot and escalate potential vulnerabilities
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support CCTV and surveillance systems
- Handle hardware setups, installations, and deployments
- Work with vendors for maintenance and services
- Assist in disaster recovery and preventive maintenance
- Travel to regional sites to support kiosks, POS, and handheld devices
- Support email, calendars, shared drives, and collaboration tools
- Troubleshoot access, permissions, and application issues
- Set up and maintain user work environments
- Create simple user guides and knowledge base content
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years in IT support, helpdesk, or technical roles
- Experience supporting users in a corporate environment
- Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Microsoft Office and business applications
- Networking basics (TCP/IP, VPNs, routers, switches)
- Exposure to firewalls, endpoint security, and VOIP (a plus)
- Familiarity with ticketing/service management tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple requests and prioritize effectively
- Clear communication with both tech and non-tech users
- Solid understanding of IT security basics
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Bonus: hands-on hardware repair skills (chip-level? even better)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and documentation-driven
- Fluent English (required) Arabic (a plus).
