Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and innovative Motion Graphic Designe r with hands-on experience in AI-powered design tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, videos, and visual content for digital platforms while leveraging AI technologies to enhance productivity, creativity, and content quality.

This role requires a strong blend of design expertise, storytelling ability, video editing skills, and familiarity with emerging AI tools used in content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, social media creatives, and promotional content.
• Develop visually compelling video assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, branding initiatives, and internal communications.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline creative workflows, generate concepts, create assets, and enhance video production.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Brand, and Content teams to translate ideas into engaging visual stories.
• Edit and enhance video content using advanced motion design techniques.
• Create animated infographics, UI animations, product demos, and storytelling videos.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, AI-generated content, and digital storytelling.
• Optimize content for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, websites, and mobile applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Experience creating AI-generated video content and AI-assisted creative campaigns.
• Knowledge of product videos, and digital marketing creatives.
• Basic understanding of sound design and video production workflows.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or digital-first environment.
