Job Description
This role is designed for finance practitioners and educators who can move beyond textbook concepts, delivering sessions that challenge senior professionals to sharpen their financial decision-making, capital discipline, and business performance instincts. The ideal candidate brings a credible blend of deep domain expertise, boardroom-level insight, and a proven ability to engage experienced executives in high-impact learning environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and deliver executive-level sessions on corporate finance, strategic finance, value creation, capital allocation, and financial leadership, with clear links to business decision-making.\nFacilitate discussions using real-world cases, financial models, and business simulations rather than lecture-heavy formats.\nDevelop and curate program content, case studies, and frameworks that reflect current corporate finance realities, including deal structuring, business valuation, and performance management.\nEngage senior professionals, CFOs, finance directors, senior managers, with targeted challenges that provoke analytical rigour and business judgment.\nCollaborate with Accredian's curriculum and program management teams to customize content to cohort profiles, industries, and learning objectives.\nContinuously refresh teaching material to reflect current financial market dynamics, regulatory shifts, and evolving CFO mandates.\n\nRequired Experience & Skills\nMinimum 15 years of experience in finance, spanning corporate finance, financial advisory, investment management, or related domains.\nDemonstrable expertise in two or more of the following: corporate finance, strategic finance, business valuation, capital markets, performance management, or financial leadership.\nPrior experience delivering executive education programs, management development programs (MDPs), or equivalent leadership learning interventions.\nStrong quantitative fluency, comfortable with financial modelling, business case construction, and analytical reasoning under uncertainty.\nExceptional communication and facilitation skills; ability to hold the room with senior, experienced audiences.\nMBA or CA/CPA or equivalent advanced qualification from a reputed institution; doctoral qualification a strong advantage.\n\nTeaching & Facilitation Expectations\nParticipants in Accredian's programs are managers and senior professionals with 10-20+ years of experience. Faculty must match, and ideally exceed, their intellectual and professional expectations.\nSessions must be discussion-driven, case-anchored, and analytically challenging.\nFaculty should be adept at adapting depth and emphasis in real time based on cohort composition and participant engagement.\nComfort with online delivery (virtual) is required.
Proficiency with digital facilitation tools is an advantage.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profiles\nCandidates who combine institutional credibility with applied finance experience are strongly preferred.
