Sr. Associate Platform Engineering - Azure

Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\n\nThe Role\nDesign, build, and maintain enterprise Azure platform services including networking, identity, security, and shared services\nImplement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure-native tooling\nDevelop and maintain automation using Ansible and scripting languages\nBuild and support CI/CD pipelines for platform and infrastructure deployments\nImplement and enforce Azure governance using policies, role-based access control, and management groups\nPartner with Security teams to integrate compliance, identity, and security controls into the platform\nSupport application teams by providing reusable platform components, templates, and documentation\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure platform performance and reliability\nContribute to platform standards, reference architectures, and operational runbooks\n\nWho You Are\nRequired Skills:\n5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in an enterprise environment\nProven experience with Terraform for Azure infrastructure provisioning\nExperience with Ansible Automation or similar configuration management tools\nSolid understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines\nStrong knowledge of Azure core services (Networking, Compute, Storage, Identity)\nExperience with Windows & Linux systems and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)\nProficiency with Git-based version control systems\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience\nExperience working in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments\nFamiliarity with Azure-native services such as: Azure Landing Zones\nAzure Policy and Blueprints\nAzure Monitor and Log Analytics\n\nExposure to containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)\nKnowledge of security, identity, and compliance frameworks in Azure\nRelevant certifications (Azure Administrator, Azure Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, Terraform)\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
