Role Summary:
This role involves ensuring compliance, monitoring costs, accounting, and presenting end-to-end financial analysis for manufacturing units in Central West and North cluster. This is an incredible opportunity to learn and deliver in one of the most important capability areas for Godrej Consumer.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
Plant Finance Head responsible for monitoring operational performance and partnering with all functions to drive cost control, improve efficiency, and ensure financial discipline.
Lead the end-to-end Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for the plant, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities.
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses for capex proposals and oversee effective working capital management.
Partner with cross-functional supply chain teams to drive digitization and automation of reporting, enabling better visibility and decision-making. Initiate and champion process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to deliver value and enhance operational efficiency.
Implement and strengthen internal controls and compliances at the plant to ensure effective operations
Ensuring statutory compliances, statutory audit and GST reconciliation and coordination with departments
Location : Malanpur , Madhya Pradesh
Position Requirements
Qualification: Chartered Accountant – Rank holder or first attempt preferrable
Experience: 6-7 Years of experience. Manufacturing experience of minimum 2 years is mandatory.
Critical Skills: Accounting , SAP , GST, Costing
