and above\n\nYour key responsibilities\nBusiness Clients Credit is responsible for advising/supporting business clients with complex credit financing needs, in line with all applicable regulatory requirements.\n\nWork includes:\nThe candidate will be responsible for sourcing Working Capital business.\nIdentifying business growth opportunities across the zone, build direct channel, new client acquisition strategies, promotions at industrial area & corporates.\nContribute towards the expansion of business opportunities in strategic target areas and specific business industry.\nDisbursal target – 21 Crores per quarter\nManaging healthy working relationships with intermediaries, corporate channel partners, Establish new channel partners for consistent growth in business.\nManage relationship with reputed CA’s and channel partners source good lending files.\nDrive fee-based income through active cross sell and penetration of Insurance products.\nImportant from Sales Governance/Audit requirement.
