Senior Website Editor (6-Month Contract)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Website Editor (Contract – 6 months) to support a large-scale website consolidation and CMS migration project.
In this role, you will work hands-on with content editing, page assembly, and CMS management while collaborating with global stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Technology teams. You will also play a key role in ensuring high-quality content delivery and improving workflows across regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage content migration and page assembly across CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with global marketing, product, and regional teams to deliver seamless website rollouts
- Troubleshoot CMS issues and optimize content workflows
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates
- Support and guide regional web editors on best practices and CMS functionality
- Ensure implementation of SEO, accessibility, and governance standards
- Work on dynamic components and structured content within CMS
- Handle large data imports/exports with attention to detail
- Assist in QA testing and analytics updates
- Maintain and enhance websites to ensure an optimal user experience
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5–12 years of experience in web management (consumer-facing websites)
- Strong experience with CMS platforms
- (Headless CMS like Contentful/Kontent.ai OR enterprise CMS like Sitecore/Adobe)
- Proven experience in website migration/replatforming projects
- Experience managing multi-language/global websites
- Good understanding of SEO, accessibility, and responsive design
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams/time zones
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Experience mentoring or training web editors
- Exposure to AI tools for content or workflow efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Customer-centric mindset
