You will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.\n\nResponsibilities\nClient Relationship Management:\nServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of medium-sized domestic B2B clients; build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.\nStrategic Account Planning:\nDevelop account strategies based on a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and market trends.\nBusiness Development:\nIdentify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pitch new services, solutions, or product enhancements.\nNegotiation & Contracting:\nLead commercial discussions, negotiate product/service terms, and close deals within authorized limits.\nProduct & Market Expertise:\nMaintain a solid understanding of our EdTech solutions, industry trends, and competitors. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.\nCross-functional Collaboration:\nCoordinate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and ongoing value to clients.\nReporting & Insights:\nTrack account health metrics, prepare business reviews, and present insights to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).\n3-7 years of experience in B2B account or relationship management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital solutions.\nStrong understanding of business models, financial acumen, and market dynamics.\nExperience managing a domestic territory and driving revenue growth.\nTech-savvy with the ability to translate customer needs into product solutions.\nExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).\nFamiliarity with digital learning platforms, LMS, or AI-enabled education solutions.\nPrior experience in the education sector or a startup environment.\n\nWork in a way that works for you\n\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
