Program Manager I, ATS Programs

You will support the design and rollout of new initiatives, while owning the day-to-day management of existing programs. By leveraging data and collaboration, ATS ensures packages are delivered quickly, efficiently, and sustainably while maintaining high standards of reliability.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\n- 1+ years of program or project management experience\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent\n- 1+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams\n- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives using data and metrics\n- Working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and basic SQL\n- Experience coordinating program execution and tracking performance\n\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
