Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will work full time, on-site in Ahmedabad, leading the development of visual concepts and creative assets for brand and marketing projects. Responsibilities include creating brand identities, designing logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines, as well as producing graphics for print and digital channels. The role involves translating briefs into compelling design solutions, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with client-facing teams, provide design direction to junior designers, and contribute to brainstorming, mood boards, and presentations. This role also includes staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the quality of work.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to develop visually coherent concepts and layouts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Branding and Logo Design, including building complete brand identity systems.
  • Proficiency in Typography, with a keen eye for hierarchy, readability, and expressive type usage.
  • Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and related tools).
  • Proven experience in a design role, preferably within an agency or creative studio environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of brand, logo, and visual identity projects with clear rationale and process.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and mentor junior team members in a collaborative setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
