You'll be a key player in integrating the features of our software applications into a cohesive and functioning system.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & Solution Design\n\nLead the design and implementation of SAP solutions aligned to business needs\n\nDefine solution architecture, integration patterns, and best practices\n\nAct as the technical authority across SAP modules and landscapes\n\nEnsure scalability, performance, and security of SAP systems\n\nOversee development, customization, and enhancements across SAP modules\n\nGuide teams on ABAP development, Fiori/UI5, and SAP configurations\n\nEnsure adherence to coding standards and development guidelines\n\nDrive DevOps practices within SAP landscape\n\nManage SAP environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)\n\nSupport S/4HANA transformation initiatives and upgrades\n\nEnsure high availability, performance tuning, and system optimization\n\nDesign and maintain messaging and integration solutions for distributed systems\n\nTesting, Release & Deployment\n\nMonitor system performance, availability, and reliability of middleware components\n\nProvide L2/L3 support for SAP systems\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues related to messaging, integration, and application hosting\n\nSupport application deployments and release management activities\n\nImplement security, access control, and compliance policies\n\nCollaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams\n\nAutomate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency\n\nYour analytical and creative mindset will be put to the test as you anticipate trends, stay up-to-date on leading technology, and participate in Kyndryl's architectural boards.

And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Technical and Professional Expertise\nStrong experience in SAP ecosystem, including: SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC (legacy support)\n\n8 - 10 Years as Lead Engineer SAP\n\nHCM / SuccessFactorsSD (Sales & Distribution),MM (Materials Management),FI/CO (Finance & Controlling),Functional exposure to modules:\n\nCDS Views, OData servicesSAP Fiori / UI5, ABAP / OO ABAP, Strong hands-on expertise in:\n\nTroubleshooting, Debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization skills\n\nKnowledge of API gateways and microservices architecture\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)\n\nScripting skills (Shell, Python)\n\nExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)\n\nPreferred Technical and Professional Experience\nBachelor's/Master's in Computer Science / IT / Engineering\n\nSAP certifications (S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, Integration) - Preferred\n\nBanking / BFSi preferred\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
