And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\n5 to 10 years in banking industry implementing / modernizing banking applications and support services.\n\nExposure and working experience in RIB/MB apps like Clayfin, Ixeed will be an added advantage\n\nExperience in working in large banking implementations and/or application support services for Indian clients.\n\nExperience in integration with other banking Applications like CBS, CRM, Cards, Payments etc.\n\nKnowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements.\n\nFunctional or Techno-functional knowledge of industry standard banking applications\n\nStrong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration\n\nStrong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams\n\nJob location: Thrissur/Cochin/Kerala\n\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nSoftware Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking implementations.\n\nExperience in working with banking application vendors\n\nWork closely with the business team to analyse business requirements, organise design reviews, test execution and support.\n\nGood communication skills\n\nExperience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes\n\nPast experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
