Good because we’re looking for exactly that kind of problem-solver.\n\nAt Boutiqaat , we’re looking for System Administrator , you’ll be the backbone of our IT operations keeping systems running, users supported, and technology working with us. From troubleshooting everyday hiccups to helping maintain secure, high-performing infrastructure, your work will keep the organization moving forward without missing a beat.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\nProvide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and more\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues—fast and effectively\nSupport onboarding/offboarding (accounts, access, devices)\nAssist users with passwords, access, and general IT questions\nManage tickets, track issues, and meet SLAs like a pro\nEscalate complex challenges when needed (you’re good but not expected to be psychic)\nSupport Windows environments, including Active Directory and group policies\nAssist with updates, patching, and routine maintenance\nMonitor system performance and flag risks early\nHelp manage backups and basic data restoration\nTroubleshoot LAN/WAN and connectivity issues\nHelp enforce IT security policies and endpoint protection\nMaintain secure access across systems and devices\nSpot and escalate potential vulnerabilities\nMaintain IT asset inventory and documentation\nSupport CCTV and surveillance systems\nHandle hardware setups, installations, and deployments\nWork with vendors for maintenance and services\nAssist in disaster recovery and preventive maintenance\nTravel to regional sites to support kiosks, POS, and handheld devices\nSupport email, calendars, shared drives, and collaboration tools\nTroubleshoot access, permissions, and application issues\nSet up and maintain user work environments\nCreate simple user guides and knowledge base content\n\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field\n3–5 years in IT support, helpdesk, or technical roles\nExperience supporting users in a corporate environment\nWindows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP\nMicrosoft Office and business applications\nNetworking basics (TCP/IP, VPNs, routers, switches)\nExposure to firewalls, endpoint security, and VOIP (a plus)\nFamiliarity with ticketing/service management tools\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset\nAbility to juggle multiple requests and prioritize effectively\nClear communication with both tech and non-tech users\nSolid understanding of IT security basics\nComfortable working independently and in a team\nBonus: hands-on hardware repair skills (chip-level?
