You will define and maintain runbooks for common remediation scenarios, including enrolment failures, compliance issues, and profile or application targeting problems. In this role, you will coordinate dependencies with Identity and Security teams regarding device trust and access controls, and support cutover events with rapid triage and stabilisation leadership.

It is essential to maintain a known‑issues and fixes catalogue to reduce recurring defects through standard patterns. Additionally, you will provide validation criteria and evidence standards for endpoint readiness and post‑migration acceptance while supporting the Factory discipline leads by improving troubleshooting playbooks and telemetry standards. To track progress, you must provide reporting inputs on failure categories, remediation throughput, and readiness health metrics.

And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\n\nRequired Technical and Professional Experience:\nDelivered tenant‑to‑tenant endpoint migration work in production (Intune/Windows specialism mandatory).\n\nDeep Intune operational expertise and troubleshooting competence.\n\nPractical understanding of device join state and provisioning concepts relevant to tenant transitions.\n\nProven ability to create runbooks, validation steps and known‑fix playbooks for repeatable execution.\n\nWillingness to align working hours to regional cutovers (early/late calls) and support extended hours when required.\n\nStrong documentation discipline and evidence‑first practices.\n\nAbility to coach engineers and improve delivery maturity at pace.\n\nPreferred Technical and Professional Experience:\nExperience with workstation/profile migration tooling (e.g., PowerSyncPro or equivalent) and hands‑on understanding of real‑world constraints.\n\nMicrosoft certification alignment relevant to endpoint management (or equivalent experience).\n\nPowerShell scripting for diagnostics, readiness reporting and bulk remediation.\n\nExperience with large, globally distributed device estates and remote workforce constraints.\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
