Support production issues, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, and participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Ensure coding standards, documentation, and best practices are followed, while analysing and understanding business requirements in HR domains such as Core HR, Workforce Administration, Payroll (NA/Global), Benefits, and Absence Management.

Translate functional requirements into technical design documents, support functional testing, UAT, and defect resolution, and collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.\n\nYour Future at Kyndryl\nThe career path ahead is full of exciting opportunities to grow and advance within the job family. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nRequired Technical and Professional Experience\n8-10+ years in PeopleSoft HCM\n\nStrong experience in PeopleTools\n\nProficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, Component Interface, Integration Broker\n\nExperience with SQL (Oracle DB)\n\nKnowledge of tools like Application Designer, Data Mover, PS Query\n\nStrong understanding of Core HR, Workforce Administration, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management\n\nExperience with Fluid UI / PeopleSoft 9.2\n\nExperience in at least one end-to-end implementation or multiple support projects\n\nExposure to both development and functional support activities\n\nPreferred Technical and Professional Experience\nMaster Degree & any relevant certification\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
