Senior Graphic Designer
Job Description
Role Overview
Asymbl is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer on a 6-month contract basis, with the intent to convert to a full-time role based on performance and team fit. This is a hands-on design and production role for a creative person who can execute across the full spectrum of digital output — web, static, and video — without sacrificing craft or speed.
You will work directly with our CMO and partner closely with Asymbl's US-based creative agency, functioning as the in-house creative expert that keeps the marketing motion moving while remaining on brand and engaging. You'll also collaborate closely with our Copywriter to develop assets that are visually compelling and on-message.
We're looking for someone who is deeply fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and who actively uses AI creative tools — including Adobe Firefly, Google Nano Bannab, and VEO — to accelerate production without cutting corners. This role is built for a designer who doesn't wait to be told what to do next and who takes pride in output that is polished, on-brand, and deadline-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Production Execution
- Partner on creative work and production needs with our Creative Agency in the US

- Collaborate with the Copywriter to develop fully integrated assets — ensuring visual and verbal elements are tightly aligned
- Maintain and evolve Asymbl's visual design system across all formats and channels
- Own production quality from first draft to final file — self-reviewing work before submission and catching errors before they reach stakeholders
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear prioritization and proactive communication on timelines
Design & Production
- Establish Brand guidelines, library assets, and more in Figma template to be leverage by marketing, product, and sales.
- Manage ongoing creative needs for blogs, campaigns, webinars, sales enablement, and email marketing.

- Create digital ad assets across standard and responsive formats for Google Display, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
- Ensure all digital assets meet platform-specific specs, resolution requirements, and accessibility standards
- Produce short-form video content including social reels, product explainers, animated graphics, and event sizzle reels
- Use VEO and AI-assisted video tools to accelerate video production workflows without sacrificing quality
- Support Google Deck layout and design for high touch sales needs

- Work directly with the US-based creative agency to receive briefs, align on creative direction, and execute production deliverables
- Participate in regular check-ins with the CMO to review work in progress, receive feedback, and align on priorities
- Manage creative files and assets in shared systems with clear naming conventions and organized folder structures
