Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.\n\nThe Role\nServe as the hands-on technical lead for ServiceNow development initiatives across the enterprise\nDesign, develop, and maintain complex ServiceNow solutions using best-practice configuration and scripting\nLead technical design sessions and actively implement approved solutions\nEstablish and enforce coding standards, development patterns, and platform governance\nDrive scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom scoped applications\nBuild and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server\nLead CMDB architecture, CSDM alignment, and data quality improvements\nPerform platform optimization, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction\nLead ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and regression testing activities\nMentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance\nPartner with security and compliance teams to ensure platform controls and data protection\n\nWho You Are\nRequired Skills:\n10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments\nExpert-level ServiceNow scripting and configuration skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies)\nProven experience acting as a technical lead while remaining hands-on\nStrong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications\nExtensive experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)\nStrong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and enterprise service modeling\nExperience leading platform upgrades and managing release cycles\nKnowledge of performance optimization, instance health, and scalability\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in large, regulated enterprise environments\nHands-on experience with ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, or Event Management\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow development\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and identity systems\nServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS (ITSM, ITOM, or CMDB)\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
