You're in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery and sometimes even the vendors who work with the client. You'll be there from the start of a project - understanding what's needed and figuring out the best technical solution.

And you'll be there at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.\n\nAs an Infrastructure Architect, Develop and maintain integrations between departmental systems and external applications (e.g., land records, payment gateways, Aadhaar). Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements. Document integration processes and workflows. Gather and document business processes, requirements, and use cases. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirement traceability. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with departmental goals.

Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.\n\nAt Kyndryl we support all major cloud platforms, so you'll get the chance to use everything you know - and then some. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\n\nRequired Technical and Professional Experience\n6+ years of experience in integration\n\nBachelor's in CS/IT\n\n3+ years in public sector system integration\n\nHands-on with API gateways like Mule, API Setu etc , message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)\n\nShould have worked on Aadhaar/eKYC, DigiLocker, or similar integrations\n\nUnderstanding of secure transmission protocols and audit logs essential\n\nPreferred Technical and Professional Experience\nMS Project or other Project Management software\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
