Your job is to stay on top of all of it, make sure it's working, and step in when something needs fixing or pushing forward.\n\nYou don't need to be a marketing expert. You need to understand the fundamentals, be trainable, and be dependable. We'll teach you our systems — we just need someone we can hold accountable.\n\nWhat You'll Own Overseeing our marketing automation and AI tools, making sure outputs (blogs, SEO tasks, social posts) are going out on schedule\nFlagging and reporting when a system isn't working so it can be fixed in time\nLight social media management — scheduling and editing posts (content is largely automated or supplied)\nRunning our ambassador program and reaching out to potential content creators / affiliates on Instagram and TikTok\nSimple video trimming for short-form content (we'll train you — it's easy)\n\nWhat We're Looking For Solid marketing fundamentals — you understand how marketing works and can think and talk in marketing terms\nTrainable — willing to learn our systems and pick up the rest as you go\nReliable and committed — you'll be the single accountable person for this function\nRelevant background — an MBA, or past experience in a sales/marketing role involving outreach, talking to people, emailing, and automation\nComfortable with accountability — happy to report on what's getting done and own the results\nStrong written English\nImportant Requirements Individual freelancers only — no agencies.
