Solution & Platform Design Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements\n\nDefine platform architecture, data models, and integrations\n\nEnsure scalability, performance, and security best practices\n\n2. Technical Leadership Provide technical direction to developers and implementation teams\n\nReview and approve design documents and technical solutions\n\nGuide complex customizations and advanced configurations\n\n3. Governance & Best Practices Establish platform standards, design patterns, and coding guidelines\n\nEnsure adherence to ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOB) capabilities\n\nControl technical debt and manage platform roadmap\n\n4.
Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements\n\nTranslate business needs into technical architecture and solutions\n\nParticipate in workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews\n\n5. Integration & Data Management Design and oversee integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs)\n\nEnsure data integrity, CMDB health, and proper data flows\n\nManage identity, access, and security models\n\n6. Platform Modules Expertise Architect solutions across modules such as:\nITSM (Incident, Problem, Change)\n\nITOM (Discovery, Event Management)\n\nITAM / SAM / HAM\n\nHRSD\n\nCSM\n\nSecOps\n\nRecommend appropriate modules and features\n\n7.
Performance, Security & Compliance Ensure platform performance and optimization\n\nDefine security roles, ACLs, and compliance controls\n\nSupport audits and risk assessments\n\n8. Upgrade & Release Management Plan and oversee ServiceNow upgrades\n\nManage impact analysis and regression strategies\n\nGuide release planning and deployment processes\n\n9. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Create architecture diagrams and technical documentation\n\nSupport training and knowledge transfer to internal teams\n\nMentor developers and admins\n\n10.

And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\n\n15+ years of experience in Architect solutions across ServiceNow modules including:\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\nITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Event Management)\n\nITAM / SAM / HAM\n\nCSM, HRSD, SecOps\n\nPromote out-of-the-box (OOB) capabilities and minimize customizations\n\nIntegration & Data Management Design and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and third-party tools\n\nEnsure CMDB design, data integrity, and health\n\nDefine data models and integration strategies\n\nPerformance, Security & Compliance Ensure platform performance optimization and scalability\n\nDefine security architecture including roles, ACLs, and data protection\n\nSupport compliance, audit, and risk requirements\n\nUpgrade & Release Management Lead platform upgrade strategy, impact analysis, and regression testing\n\nOversee release planning and deployment processes.\n\n•Skilled in one or more of the following areas: Application Development, Data Platform, Security, Application Integration, Data Engineering, Server Systems, Packaged Application Implementation, Business Analysis, Network Systems, or Storage Systems\n\nPreferred Technical and Professional Experience:\n\n•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field\n•And/or Master Certified Technical Specialist\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
