Job Title: AI Engineer – Generative AI\nLocation: India (Remote/Hybrid)\nExperience: 4–10 years\nEmployment Type: Freelancing/Contractual\n\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a highly capable AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, conversational AI, and agentic systems to build next-generation intelligent applications. This role involves designing chatbots, copilots, and autonomous AI agents using LLMs like GPT and Claude, combined with RAG pipelines and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.\nYou will be responsible for developing scalable, production-grade AI systems that can reason, act, and interact with users and enterprise systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop AI-powered chatbots and conversational assistants for enterprise use cases\nBuild and deploy agentic AI systems capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and autonomous decision-making\nDevelop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-grounded responses\nImplement orchestration workflows using LangChain and LangGraph for agent-based architectures\nIntegrate chatbots with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, ticketing systems, databases, APIs)\nDesign multi-agent systems with task delegation, memory, and tool execution capabilities\nDevelop backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask)\nOptimize prompts, memory, and context handling for conversational accuracy and efficiency\nImplement conversation flows, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms\nEnsure responsible AI practices including security, privacy, and hallucination mitigation\nCollaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful AI solutions\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n4+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python\nHands-on experience building chatbots or conversational AI systems using LLMs (GPT, Claude)\nStrong understanding of agentic AI frameworks and autonomous workflows\nExperience with LangChain and/or LangGraph for building agents and workflows\nSolid experience with RAG architectures , embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)\nExperience in prompt engineering, context management, and conversation design\nKnowledge of tool integration for agents (APIs, databases, external services)\nExperience building REST APIs and scalable microservices\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP\nUnderstanding of NLP concepts and transformer-based architectures\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing multi-agent ecosystems and agent orchestration\nExposure to chatbot frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Botpress, Rasa, or custom LLM-based bots)\nExperience with memory systems (short-term, long-term, vector-based memory)\nKnowledge of LLMOps / MLOps including monitoring, evaluation, and prompt/version management\nExperience building voice-enabled bots or omnichannel conversational systems\nExposure to human-in-the-loop systems and feedback learning loops\n\nKey Competencies\nStrong problem-solving with ability to design intelligent, autonomous systems\nAbility to translate business workflows into AI-driven conversational and agentic solutions\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management\nPassion for cutting-edge AI innovations and rapid prototyping
