We’re seeking an Engineering Manager (10–15 years) to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering enterprise-grade platforms across DevOps (CI/CD, containers, IaC, monitoring/logging), DevSecOps (SBOM, SAST, secret scanning, CI/CD security automation), and VM infrastructure automation (lifecycle management and CI-based provisioning). You’ll partner with QA, Automation, Infrastructure, Security, and Product Engineering to build scalable, secure, and dependable delivery platforms while raising engineering maturity and operational excellence.\n\nWhat will you do\nPeople Leadership & Delivery Ownership\nLead, coach, and grow a team of engineers across automation, DevOps tooling, and infrastructure automation.\nOwn roadmap planning and delivery across platform domains, balancing feature velocity with reliability and technical debt reduction.\nEstablish strong engineering standards: design reviews, code quality gates, CI enforcement, testing discipline, documentation, and operational readiness.\nBuild a culture of accountability, observability, and continuous improvement.\n\nDevOps Delivery\nProficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash to build reliable tooling and workflows.\nHands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab, including build, test, and deployment automation.\nStrong experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes to enable reproducible environments and scalable execution.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible for consistent provisioning and configuration management.\nWorking knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to support operational visibility and incident response.\nProficient with version control systems (e.g., Git), including branching strategies and collaboration workflows.\n\nDevSecOps & Secure Software Delivery\nLead integration of security controls into CI/CD pipelines, including: SBOM generation and quality improvement\nSecret scanning\nSAST integration\n\nDefine measurable KPIs for SBOM coverage, dependency completeness, and vulnerability ingestion.\nOversee automated publishing of security findings into centralized systems (e.g., Dependency-Track, DefectDojo, or equivalent).\nPartner with Security to improve remediation workflows, signal quality, and compliance reporting.\n\nVM Infrastructure & Distributed Automation\nProvide architectural oversight for VM lifecycle management platforms , including:\nGuide implementation of message-driven systems (e.g., RabbitMQ/AMQP) for VM operations and automation tasks.\n\nDesirable Skills\nExperience managing teams building developer platforms or internal infrastructure products .\nStrong background in Python-based automation platforms and DevOps tooling .\nDrive architecture and scalability of automation frameworks supporting reliable end-to-end execution and platform quality.\nFocus on automation reliability, maintainability, and scalable execution rather than test case authoring.\nGuide implementation and adoption of BDD-based automation frameworks , including reusable step libraries and structured test data standards.\nExperience scaling cross-functional engineering teams in complex enterprise ecosystems.\nExposure to AI-assisted engineering practices, including GitHub Copilot (GHCP) or similar tools.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBTech degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).\nAt least 3 years of experience in leading Software Engineering teams.\nExperience operating in regulated or security-focused environments require auditability and traceability.\n\n]]>
