Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, nurturing prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.

Performance Tracking

Requirements
%CF; 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation
%CF; Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
%CF; Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills
%CF; Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
%CF; Ability to handle multiple customer interactions and follow-ups efficiently
%CF; Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
%CF; Strong coordination and execution skills
%CF; Experience in the Mattress Industry will be considered an added advantage
