We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP SCM Lead to drive and deliver large-scale ERP transformation programs. This role requires strong functional expertise combined with consulting capabilities to lead end-to-end implementation strategy, vendor selection, and business transformation initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with C-level stakeholders to align ERP strategy with business objectives

• Drive executive decision-making through structured insights and recommendations

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops for vendor selection, discovery, and solution design

🔹 Required Experience:

• 8+ years of ERP consulting experience

• Proven expertise in leading large-scale ERP transformation programs for Supply Chain modules

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP platform

• Strong client-facing consulting experience

• Experience working on Healthcare transformation programs preferred

🔹 Core Skills:

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including:

🔹 Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree

• Oracle Fusion SCM certifications preferred
