This role focuses on student guidance, mentoring, engagement, and progress tracking, ensuring students stay motivated, make informed decisions, and remain on track to achieve their goals\nThis role is ideal for individuals looking to build hands-on experience in student success, mentorship, and academic operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:-\n1. Student Guidance & Mentorship\nAct as a mentor and first point of contact for students for academic and career-related guidance.\nConduct regular 1:1 check-ins to understand student progress, challenges, and goals\nProvide structured guidance, clarity, and motivation to keep students on track\nEscalate complex or sensitive student concerns to the Progression Manager\n\n2.
Student Engagement & Support\nSupport and execute student engagement initiatives to improve learning outcomes\nIdentify students who may need additional attention or intervention\nAssist in conducting mentoring sessions, group discussions, and touchpoints\nCollect and share student feedback to improve engagement and mentoring processes\n\n3. Progress Tracking & Insights\nMaintain and update student progress trackers using Google Sheets / Excel\nAssist in reviewing academic and engagement data for student monitoring\nShare key observations and insights with the Operations Manager for timely interventions\n\nExperience\n:-1-3 years of prior exposure in mentoring, peer learning, teaching assistance, counseling, or student-facing roles.\n\nSkills:-\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nBasic to intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel\nStrong listening skills and ability to understand student concerns deeply\nAbility to guide students with clarity and structure\n\nAttributes:-\nEmpathetic, patient, and student-focused\nProactive with a strong sense of ownership\nComfortable handling sensitive conversations responsibly\nEager to learn and grow under the guidance of a Operations Manager\nPassionate about positively impacting student journeys and outcomes
