Our in-house brands—Ganga an Fotia—offer high-quality roofing solutions, steel accessories, tiles, bathroom essentials, and allied building materials.\n\nRole Overview\nThe Project Executive will be responsible for managing project execution, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting business growth through project-driven opportunities. The role involves close coordination with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, seamless execution, and high customer satisfaction.

A strong understanding of the building materials and construction ecosystem, along with effective coordination and problem-solving skills, is essential for success in this role.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Execution & Coordination\nManage end-to-end execution of assigned projects across residential, commercial, and institutional segments.\nCoordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, procurement) to ensure timely delivery and project completion.\nTrack project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.\nResolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth project flow from initiation to closure.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and project consultants.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure client requirements are understood, documented, and executed accurately.\nDrive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service support.\n\nBusiness Development (Project-Oriented)\nIdentify and track upcoming projects in assigned territories.\nGenerate leads through site visits, industry networks, and stakeholder engagement.\nSupport the conversion of project opportunities into business through effective coordination with the sales team.\nExpand presence in key projects to drive consistent business flow.\n\nVendor & Channel Coordination\nWork closely with dealers and distributors to ensure material availability for ongoing projects.\nCoordinate with channel partners for timely dispatches and stock planning.\nStrengthen project-level collaboration within the channel ecosystem.\n\nMonitoring & Reporting\nMaintain project-wise data, including order status, dispatch schedules, and execution progress.\nPrepare regular MIS reports on project pipeline, closures, and revenue contribution.\nMonitor performance against project targets and timelines.\n\nBrand Representation\nEnsure strong visibility of in-house brands (Ganga & Fotia) across project sites.\nSupport participation in project-related events, site activations, and industry interactions\n\nEligibility Criteria\nMinimum 2–4 years of experience in project execution/coordination within building materials, construction, sanitaryware, tiles, steel, or related industries.\nStrong understanding of project cycles and on-site coordination.\nAn existing network with contractors, architects, and builders is preferred.\nExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools preferred).\n\nKey Competencies\nProject Management & Execution\nStakeholder Coordination\nProblem Solving & Ownership\nTime & Priority Management\nCommunication & Negotiation\nResult-Oriented Approach\n\nWhy Join Us?\nBe part of a market leader with 54+ years of legacy.\nExposure to diverse projects across multiple product categories.\nOpportunity to work in a ₹7000+ crore organization.\nFast-paced, growth-driven, and entrepreneurial work culture.\n\nHow to Apply\nInterested candidates can share their updated CV along with the following details:\nCurrent CTC\nExpected CTC\nNotice Period\n\nEmail your application to:\nSubject Line : Application for Project Executive
