Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to build and scale a nationwide network of affiliate partners, gig workers, event staff, and freelance promoters. The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit, onboard, train, and manage affiliates who will conduct offline customer acquisition and engagement activities across major cities in India.\nKey Responsibilities Recruit and onboard a minimum of 30 new affiliate partners every month.\nBuild a network of gig workers, freelancers, event staff, and temporary field executives across multiple cities in India.\nConduct onboarding sessions, training, and performance reviews for affiliates.\nManage field marketing campaigns across different locations and target venues.\nMonitor affiliate performance and ensure achievement of acquisition targets.\nTrack FTD generation, affiliate productivity, and GGR contribution.\nPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports.\n\nKey Requirements\n\nMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Affiliate Management, Business Development, Field Marketing, Channel Sales, Recruitment Operations, or similar customer acquisition roles.\nProven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing large networks of affiliates, promoters, freelancers, gig workers, or field teams.\nStrong ability to drive customer acquisition and achieve performance targets across multiple locations.\nExperience coordinating offline campaigns, activations, events, or field operations.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to track performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare operational reports.\nComfortable with frequent travel and managing activities across different cities in India.\nExcellent communication, training, and team coordination skills.\nProficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, or performance tracking tools.\nSelf-driven, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.\n\nRewards & Benefits\nCompetitive compensation package.\nPerformance-based incentives linked to individual and business outcomes.\nAdditional rewards and growth opportunities based on contribution and results achieved.
