Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:-\nMin 7+ years of experience working as a software engineer on complex software projects.\n• ServiceNow ITSM Sr Developer\n• Understanding of ServiceNow modules\n• Ability to work with the Customer to understand requirements\n• Ability to document designs and configurations\n• Ability to estimate work effort for design and configurations\n• Ability to configure ServiceNow catalog via complex workflows and flow designer.\n• JavaScript expert\nAbility to test code and work defects to resolution\n• Ability to promote code in ServiceNow\n• Ability to develop, update and test client and server-side scripts\n• Ability to develop, update and test notifications\n• Ability to work service requests to completion\n• Knowledge of integrations\n• Understanding of ServiceNow data schema\n• Experience in reporting\n• Good written and verbal skills\n• Good problem determination skill.\nFamiliar with:\n• Create and schedule reports in ServiceNow\n• Create Technical Knowledge Articles for team use\n• Leveraging transform maps to load data\n\nYour Future at Kyndry l\nThe career path ahead is full of exciting opportunities to grow and advance within the job family.
