As a Cybersecurity Engineer working alongside our Cybersecurity Architecture team, you'll be on the front line of protecting computer systems and networks from the ever-evolving landscape of hacking, viruses, and malicious attacks. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced DLP & CASB Security Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and CASB solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Forcepoint DLP , Netskope DLP , and Netskope CASB to protect enterprise data across endpoints, email, web, and cloud environments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nImplement, administer, and optimize DLP and CASB solutions.\nManage and tune policies in Forcepoint DLP and Netskope DLP.\nConfigure and support Netskope CASB for cloud application security.\nMonitor alerts, investigate incidents, and reduce false positives.\nDefine and enforce data protection policies (PII, PCI, PHI, etc.).\nWork closely with SOC, IT, and cloud teams for incident response and remediation.\nGenerate reports and maintain compliance documentation.\nRequired Skills:\n5+ years of experience in DLP and CASB technologies.\nStrong hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP and Netskope (DLP & CASB).\nKnowledge of data classification, data protection frameworks, and compliance standards.\nExperience in policy creation, tuning, and incident handling.\nGood understanding of networking, cloud security, and SaaS applications.\nPreferred:\nExperience integrating DLP/CASB with SIEM tools.\nRelevant certifications in Forcepoint or NetskopeTop of Form\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
