We are seeking a talented Software Engineering Technical Specialist to contribute to our software engineering space and provide critical skills required for the development of cutting-edge products.\nAdminister and manage Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) / Ansible Tower (Controller)\nDesign, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventories\nAutomate: Configuration management\nProvisioning and deployments\nPatch management and routine operations [hirist.tech]\n\nManage and optimize automation workflows and job templates\nProvide end-to-end operational support and troubleshooting for Ansible platform\nIntegrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)\nMonitor platform performance and ensure high availability\nImplement security, compliance, and access control policies\nMaintain documentation (runbooks, playbooks, SOPs)\nCollaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Application teams for automation initiatives\n\nAt Kyndryl, we value effective communication and collaboration skills. You'll be the go-to person for problem-solving of customers' business and technical issues. You have a knack for effectively identifying and framing problems, leading the collection of elements of information, and integrating this information to produce timely and thoughtful decisions. Your aim throughout, is to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of technology and technical methods and methodologies.\n\nDriving the design, development, integration, delivery, and evolution of highly scalable distributed software you will integrate with other layers and offerings.

You will provide deeper functionality and solutions to address customer needs. You will work closely with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams to get high-quality products and features through the agile software development lifecycle.\n\nYour continuous grooming of features/user stories to estimate, identify technical risks/dependencies and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders will ensure the features are delivered with the right quality and within timeline. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\n\nRequired Technical and Professional Expertise\nCore Ansible Platform Skills\nStrong experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) / Ansible Tower / AWX\nInstalling, configuring, and maintaining Ansible Automation Platform clusters\nManaging inventories, projects, credentials, and job templates\nWriting and maintaining playbooks, roles, and collections\nManaging execution environments (EE) and containerized automation execution\nExperience with Ansible Galaxy and custom collections\nSystem Administration & Infrastructure\nStrong background in Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)\nUser and RBAC management in Ansible Platform\nKnowledge of network automation (routers, switches, firewalls)\nHands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) automation through Ansible\nIntegration with external credential stores (HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, etc.)\nAutomation & DevOps Integration\nCreating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Ansible (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)\nAutomating OS patching, configuration management, and deployments\nIntegration of Ansible with Terraform, Kubernetes, OpenShift\nFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Podman)\n\n•Skilled in one or more of the following areas: Application Development, Data Platform, Security, Application Integration, Data Engineering, Server Systems, Packaged Application Implementation, Business Analysis, Network Systems, or Storage Systems\n\nPreferred Technical and Professional Experience\n\n•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field\n•And/or Master Certified Technical Specialist\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
