The role involves conducting Security & Compliance scans across internet-facing assets, internal applications, servers, containers, firewalls, proxies, and other infrastructure components. The candidate will be responsible for vulnerability assessment, remediation tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure a strong security posture across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPerform Security & Compliance scans and monitor remediation activities.\n\nManage vulnerability assessment and vulnerability management processes.\n\nCoordinate with internal and global teams on security-related initiatives.\n\nPrepare and present security reports to stakeholders.\n\nSupport implementation of security controls, policies, and procedures.\n\nAssist with audit and compliance activities.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of security tools and processes.\n\nRaise awareness of security risks and best practices across teams.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n2–4 years of experience in Information Security or Cyber Security.\n\nStrong knowledge of Vulnerability Management and Vulnerability Assessment.\n\nHands-on experience with OWASP methodologies.\n\nExperience with security scanning tools such as Qualys, Nexpose, or AppSpider.\n\nUnderstanding of Network Security and Security Compliance.\n\nBasic knowledge of Kubernetes and Container Security.\n\nScripting knowledge (Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc.) is preferred.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.\n\nCEH or other Security certifications are preferred.\n\nExperience working in enterprise or multinational environments.\n\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.\n\nWHY JOIN CAPCO?\n\nYou will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.
