Organic Growth | SEO | Content | Analytics\nExperience: 4–6 years\nLocation: Office at Indiranagar, Bangalore\n\nAbout Skill IQ Skill IQ is building AI-led platforms that help enterprises assess, coach, and improve human capability at scale.\nOur products include AI Coach, AI Interviewer, AI Proctoring, and other simulation-led performance intelligence solutions used across hiring, learning, sales readiness, customer-facing teams, and workforce capability development.\nWe work with enterprises that want to move beyond traditional interviews, LMS completion, classroom training, and generic assessments — and instead measure whether people can actually perform in real-world situations.\nWe are now looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who can help us build Skill IQ’s global organic growth engine.\n\nAbout the Role This is not a pure SEO role, not a pure content role, and not a pure social media role.\nThis is a strategy-plus-execution role for someone who can think deeply, write clearly, use modern SEO and analytics tools, and translate complex AI products into simple, powerful narratives for CHROs, L&D leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, business leaders, partners, and investors.\nYou will work closely with the founders to sharpen Skill IQ’s positioning, then convert that strategy into website content, SEO pages, blogs, thought leadership, case studies, LinkedIn content, and organic demand-generation campaigns.\nYou will not be expected to design or code the website yourself. We have designers, product managers, and technology teams for that. But you must be able to define what needs to be created, why it needs to be created, how it should be structured, and whether it is working.\n\nWhat You Will Own1.

Positioning & Messaging You will help define how Skill IQ is understood in the market.\nThis includes:\nSharpening the positioning of Skill IQ as an AI-led performance intelligence platform\nCreating clear messaging for AI Coach, AI Interviewer, AI Proctoring, and future products\nTranslating founder-level thinking into simple, compelling market narratives\nCreating messaging that resonates with CHROs, L&D heads, Talent Acquisition leaders, business heads, partners, and investors\nEnsuring that Skill IQ stands out from LMS platforms, assessment tools, interview tools, and generic AI roleplay products\n\n2. Website Growth Strategy You will treat the website as Skill IQ’s primary organic sales asset.\nYou will own:\nWebsite content architecture\nHomepage messaging direction\nProduct page content direction\nIndustry page strategy\nUse-case page strategy\nCase study page structure\nLanding page briefs\nCTA strategy\nConversion improvement\nCoordination with design, product, and development teams\nYou should be able to create strong page briefs and wireframe-level direction that our internal team can convert into design and website pages.\n\n3. SEO & Organic Growth You will own organic discoverability and search performance.\nYou should be hands-on with:\nKeyword research\nCompetitor analysis\nContent gap analysis\nSEO content planning\nTechnical SEO audits\nInternal linking strategy\nMetadata optimization\nSearch Console analysis\nBlog optimization\nLanding page optimization\nRanking and traffic tracking\nYou should be comfortable using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, Microsoft Clarity / Hotjar, LinkedIn Analytics, and similar platforms.\n\n4.

Content Strategy & Creation You will build and manage Skill IQ’s content engine.\nThis includes:\nSEO blogs\nFounder LinkedIn posts\nThought-leadership articles\nWebsite copy\nCase studies\nProduct explainers\nIndustry pages\nUse-case pages\nEmail/newsletter content\nShort video scripts\nWebinar or event content\nSales enablement content\nThe content must not be generic. It should help Skill IQ build authority in AI-led hiring, AI coaching, simulation-based learning, workforce readiness, and performance intelligence.\n\n5. Analytics & Continuous Improvement You will measure whether the strategy is working and continuously improve it.\nYou will track:\nOrganic traffic\nKeyword rankings\nSearch impressions and CTR\nBranded search growth\nHigh-intent page visits\nDemo requests\nContact form submissions\nCTA clicks\nTime on page\nScroll depth\nLinkedIn engagement from target audiences\nWebsite conversion rate\nSource-wise traffic quality\nYou should be able to look at data and decide what needs to change — messaging, page structure, content topics, SEO focus, internal linking, CTA placement, or distribution strategy.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with:\n4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, HRTech, EdTech, AI, consulting-led businesses, or high-growth startups\nStrong writing ability in English\nClear business thinking and strong articulation\nHands-on SEO and analytics experience\nAbility to understand complex products and simplify them for enterprise buyers\nStrong storytelling ability\nGood taste in premium B2B content and website experience\nComfort working directly with founders\nAbility to work with designers, product managers, developers, and writers\nHigh ownership, curiosity, and execution discipline\nInterest in AI, enterprise learning, hiring, coaching, and workforce transformation\n\nThis Role Is Right for You If You enjoy both strategy and execution\nYou can write clearly for senior business audiences\nYou can open SEO tools and independently analyze what is working\nYou understand that content is not just writing — it is positioning, distribution, trust-building, and conversion\nYou like working in a startup environment where you can own outcomes\nYou can turn a complex founder conversation into a sharp website page, blog, LinkedIn post, or campaign idea\nYou want to help build a global B2B AI brand from India\n\nThis Role Is Not Right for You If You only want to manage social media posts\nYou only want to run paid ads\nYou only want to write blogs without owning performance\nYou need a large team to execute\nYou are uncomfortable with ambiguity\nYou do not enjoy using analytics and SEO tools\nYou prefer a narrow marketing role instead of a broad ownership role\n\nWhat Success Looks Like In this role, success means:\nSkill IQ’s positioning becomes sharper and easier to understand\nThe website becomes clearer, stronger, and more conversion-oriented\nOrganic traffic from relevant enterprise audiences increases\nSkill IQ starts ranking for important AI coaching, AI interviewer, simulation, and workforce capability topics\nFounder-led LinkedIn content becomes more consistent and strategic\nCHROs, L&D leaders, TA heads, and business leaders understand Skill IQ faster\nSales conversations become easier because prospects already understand our value\nOrganic inbound interest starts increasing from India, Middle East, Australia, Africa, and other international markets
