Positioning & Messaging You will help define how Skill IQ is understood in the market.\nThis includes:\nSharpening the positioning of Skill IQ as an AI-led performance intelligence platform\nCreating clear messaging for AI Coach, AI Interviewer, AI Proctoring, and future products\nTranslating founder-level thinking into simple, compelling market narratives\nCreating messaging that resonates with CHROs, L&D heads, Talent Acquisition leaders, business heads, partners, and investors\nEnsuring that Skill IQ stands out from LMS platforms, assessment tools, interview tools, and generic AI roleplay products\n\n2. Website Growth Strategy You will treat the website as Skill IQ’s primary organic sales asset.\nYou will own:\nWebsite content architecture\nHomepage messaging direction\nProduct page content direction\nIndustry page strategy\nUse-case page strategy\nCase study page structure\nLanding page briefs\nCTA strategy\nConversion improvement\nCoordination with design, product, and development teams\nYou should be able to create strong page briefs and wireframe-level direction that our internal team can convert into design and website pages.\n\n3. SEO & Organic Growth You will own organic discoverability and search performance.\nYou should be hands-on with:\nKeyword research\nCompetitor analysis\nContent gap analysis\nSEO content planning\nTechnical SEO audits\nInternal linking strategy\nMetadata optimization\nSearch Console analysis\nBlog optimization\nLanding page optimization\nRanking and traffic tracking\nYou should be comfortable using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, Microsoft Clarity / Hotjar, LinkedIn Analytics, and similar platforms.\n\n4.
Content Strategy & Creation You will build and manage Skill IQ’s content engine.\nThis includes:\nSEO blogs\nFounder LinkedIn posts\nThought-leadership articles\nWebsite copy\nCase studies\nProduct explainers\nIndustry pages\nUse-case pages\nEmail/newsletter content\nShort video scripts\nWebinar or event content\nSales enablement content\nThe content must not be generic. It should help Skill IQ build authority in AI-led hiring, AI coaching, simulation-based learning, workforce readiness, and performance intelligence.\n\n5.
