Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Software Development
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Python
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI concepts
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI application development
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents, prompt engineering, and vector databases
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of system security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Ability to translate research concepts into production-ready AI solutions

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MLOps tools and model lifecycle management
• Exposure to fine-tuning, evaluation, and monitoring of LLMs
• Experience with enterprise AI applications and chatbot development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
