Job Description Project Manager – Retail (Store Fit-outs)

Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

%CF; Manage end-to-end store execution from site handover (HOTO) to store opening

%CF; Coordinate with internal teams (design, business, procurement) for smooth project flow

%CF; Handle multiple vendors across

%CF; Civil works

%CF; Electricals

%CF; HVAC (AC)

%CF; Fixtures & signage

%CF; Ensure timely project delivery as per defined TnA timelines

%CF; Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications

%CF; Track and control project budgets and costs

%CF; Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews

%CF; Manage snag closure and final handover readiness

%CF; Liaise with landlords/mall teams for approvals and coordination

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

%CF; 6–8 years of experience in retail fit-outs / interior project execution

%CF; Strong understanding of store development processes

%CF; Experience in managing multi-vendor execution

%CF; Good knowledge of costing, BOQs, and budgeting

%CF; Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

%CF; Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

%CF; Willingness to travel extensively

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

%CF; Experience in apparel / retail store expansion (with large formats like Reliance, Aditya Birla)

%CF; Exposure to both mall and high street projects

%CF; Basic understanding of drawings and layouts
