Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer (Fresher) to join our team. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and collaborate with clients to bring their ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Design & Campaign Creation:

• Manage and create content for social media timelines, including posts, campaigns, albums, gifs, icons, logos, and cover page designs.

Design & Production:

• Work on developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, and other branding materials.
• Ensure design consistency across all projects and media types (web, print, social, etc.).

UI/UX Design (Fresher Role):

• Collaborate with senior designers and development teams to create seamless user interfaces and engaging user experiences for websites and mobile apps.
• Assist in designing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma.
• Conduct basic user research and testing to ensure designs meet user needs and expectations.
• Keep up to date with UI/UX best practices and design trends.

Graphic Design:

• Determine the size, arrangement, font style, and placement of visual elements and copy.
• Prepare rough drafts of designs and review layouts to suggest improvements or refinements.
• Liaise with external printers to ensure designs are produced according to specifications and deadlines.

Creative and Technical Skills:

• Work with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to create high-quality graphics and assets.
• Be proficient with Figma for UI/UX design tasks (for fresher roles).
• Manage time efficiently and meet deadlines, even if additional working hours are required.

Creative Thinking & Problem-Solving:

• Apply exceptional creativity and innovative thinking to design challenges.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring that designs are aligned with the current market needs.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and developers to align designs with branding and project goals.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and collaborate on ongoing projects.

Video Editing:

• Should know Adobe Priemer Pro and After effects.

Required Skills:

• Design Software:
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools, Adobe Priemer Pro, After effects.
• Knowledge of Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

UI/UX Design (Fresher Role):

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Familiarity with user-centered design practices.

Creativity & Attention to Detail:

• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Time Management & Organization:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Communication & Team Collaboration:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams.

Desired Qualities:

• A passion for design and innovation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work (including social media designs, branding, UI/UX design projects, video editing etc.).
