The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, customize, and enhance applications within the ServiceNow platform.\n\nConfigure and maintain:\n\nBusiness Rules\n\nClient Scripts\n\nUI Policies\n\nUI Actions\n\nScript Includes\n\nACLs\n\nFlow Designer workflows\n\nDesign and implement custom Service Catalog items, forms, workflows, and portals.\n\nBuild and support integrations with external systems using:\n\nREST APIs\n\nSOAP Web Services\n\nMID Server\n\nIntegrationHub\n\nDevelop custom applications and modules using JavaScript and Glide APIs.\n\nWork on CMDB customization, discovery integration, and data synchronization.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues, platform defects, and performance concerns.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.\n\nParticipate in instance upgrades, patching, deployment, and release activities.\n\nFollow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.\n\nPrepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and user documentation.\n\nUsing design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components.
