Hiring: Customer Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager (Hybrid – South India)
Aceolution is hiring an experienced Customer Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager to support and oversee contact center operations for our newly established delivery center in Madagascar. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global operations environment while being based in South India under a hybrid work model.

Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing service delivery, operational performance, stakeholder coordination, and overall contact center governance for the Madagascar operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day contact center operations and service delivery
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Handle operational escalations and performance reporting
- Drive process improvements and operational optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Support governance and operational oversight for the Madagascar contact center

- Experience in Contact Center / BPO Operations Management
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Manager or Service Delivery Manager
- Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to international operations is preferred
- French language proficiency is an Must
