Head of Business Operations

At Brick&Bolt, we're transforming the construction industry through technology, operational excellence, and customer-centric project execution. We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Head of Business Operations to drive business performance, operational efficiency, and scalable growth across multiple cities.

What You'll Do:

• Lead business operations across cities and functions
• Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency metrics
• Establish and optimize SOPs, governance frameworks, and business processes
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Product teams to ensure seamless execution
• Build performance dashboards and drive data-backed decision-making
• Lead strategic initiatives focused on growth, expansion, automation, and process transformation
• Conduct regular business reviews and drive accountability across teams
• Build and mentor high-performing operations teams

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, sales or operations from Consumer Tech or Startup Operations
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-city operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience driving operational excellence and process improvements
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
• MBA preferred
