Your Role
You'll be the backbone of our investment operations team, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and advisors.
Key responsibilities include:
• Processing transactions across Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance and PMS products
• Managing client onboarding, KYC and documentation requirements
• Working on platforms such as Redvision, BSE Star MF, NJ,Prudent and other transaction portals
• Maintaining accurate records, reconciliations and reports
• Preparing MIS, capital gains reports and handling non-financial transactions
• Supporting day-to-day operational and compliance activities
Qualification and Experience Requirement:
• Graduate in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in investment operations, financial services or back-office functions
• Experience with mutual fund transaction platforms is a MUST
• Comfortable working with Excel and financial data
• Detail-oriented, organized and proactive
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
NISM Mutual Fund certification preferred.
Compensation and Work Timings:
Salary range: 25K per month onwards basis experience
Working days: Mon to Sat
Timings:10 am to 7pm
