This is a leadership role responsible for setting content and pedagogical standards, managing a team of content managers and SMEs, and partnering with senior stakeholders to shape program strategy and outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration • Partner with Program Management, Delivery, Video Production, Tech, and senior leadership to align content with business and launch goals. • Represent the content function in program reviews and strategic planning; report on quality metrics and outcomes. Process & Execution Support • Own content development and quality-review processes; drive standardization and operational efficiency. • Lead audits, refresh cycles, and data-informed improvement of program performance.

Skills Required Must-Have • Strong foundational understanding of Data Science / ML concepts (Python, statistics, ML basics). • Ability to understand and review technical content and hands-on with coding • Experience working on educational content, curriculum development, or learning programs (EdTech / L&D / Higher Ed). • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables.

Good-to-Have • Familiarity with online/blended learning formats. • Exposure to AI/ML tools, cloud platforms, or GenAI concepts. • Comfort working with faculty, SMEs, and cross-functional teams
