Senior Design Engineer

Job Title: Design Engineer – Offshore Oil & Gas

Experience: 7–15 Years

Job Summary:

Design Engineer responsible for engineering design and detailing for offshore oil & gas projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review design calculations, drawings, and engineering deliverables.
• Develop layouts and detailed designs for offshore structures/equipment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, piping, E&I, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ASME, DNV, etc.).
• Support project execution, fabrication, and installation phases.
• Review vendor documents and provide technical clarifications.
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, and risk assessments.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Structural or relevant).
• 7–15 years of experience in offshore oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of offshore design codes and engineering tools.
• Experience in detailed engineering and project lifecycle.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
