Graphic Designer

The right person needs to ensure that our digital creative product remains the leading edge and that the quality of our delivery is upheld.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nConducts high-quality research to determine different design approaches\nCreate eye-catching, high-quality podcast design assets, social media assets, website banners, etc.\nUse design principles to maximize effectiveness.\nPropose creative design concepts as you identify opportunities.\nRevise, edit, and improve any design materials.\nPrepares work to be accomplished by gathering necessary information and materials.\nIllustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.\nCompletes projects by coordinating with the production team, producers, and project managers.\nHave an outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for razor-sharp design.\nOffline design as and when required.\nGood appreciation of clean, simple, image-rich, usable interfaces.\nBroaden and enhance knowledge by keeping up to date with digital innovations and competitors.\nEnsures that all touchpoints are protected and are in line with the creative vision.\nBe aware and have an interest in all areas of design across digital marketing, podcasting, social media, etc.\n\nSkills and Requirements:\n\n3 - 5 years experience in an agency, design studio, or production companies\nProficiency in all software for Design\nExpertise in Motion Design is an added advantage.\nExpertise in Content Production & Creation is an added advantage.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools/software.\nStrong portfolio including static, animated, and mobile work samples.\nHaving experience in the podcast production industry or digital marketing companies is a plus.\nAbility to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.\n\nJob type:\n\nFull-time, 40-hours per week\n\nHow to Apply for the job:\n\nApply here on LinkedIn or send an email to\na.
